Francisco Adolfo Valdez directs this low-key Dominican Republic production, a country whose domestic film industry remains modest in output and largely unknown to international audiences. Shot on location in Samaná, a peninsula on the northeastern coast of the island, the film takes clear advantage of its natural surroundings as a backdrop for what is essentially a four-person road movie on foot. Valdez casts family in the production (Karina Valdez shares his surname), which gives the whole enterprise a personal, almost self-financed feel. At 73 minutes it sits closer to a short feature than a full-length film, and represents a relatively rare example of Dominican cinema reaching outside the country's small commercial output.

A-Z World Movie Tour Dominican Republic It wasn't bad. It wasn't that great either. It's supposed to be a comedy but I didn't laugh or even smile one single time which is why I think it has to be marked as below average. The 4x characters were each interesting and distinct enough to at least hold my attention and the Dominican Republic is beautiful to look. Some guy gets his dick out which happens alot in Spanish comedies I've noticed.
